First you have to install and launch Prime Spots Parking.

This application serves to sweepstakes parking spaces in a residential building.
The building consists of three towers, each tower has 130 spots, total of 390 spots.
The application makes the draw at random of places for each resident, this can follow the draw for their mobile or the web pages in real time.
To follow the application, each spot shows Spot values, selected apartment and the tower to which it belongs.
